Sometimes it seems that healthy breakfast has to be made for a long time, but it is not the case. I offer to make breakfast mix in the previous evening for the whole week. It will be fast and Aikāgaršo morning!
Whole grain rolled oats - 250 g
A mix of nuts and dried fruit (the so-called student breakfast) - 250 g
Honey: 2 tablespoons
The result: 500 g of delicious and healthy breakfast mix of flakes
1. Caramelize rolled oats with honey in a warmed frying pan.
2. Refrigerate in a separate dish. Mix together with nuts and dried fruit or berries..
3. Use nuts and fruit in breakfast flakes that you like the most.
4. Put in a closed dish.
5. Eat with milk, yoghurt, fresh juice or fresh fruit.
